Delivery Information

All of our orders are dispatched within 24 hours of ordering and are sent out via the Royal Mail. We offer Free delivery service which can take up to 5 days to complete but most orders arrive before then.

Orders are tracked, and you will receive an email with the tracking number once dispatched. You can also find the tracking number in your account area within our site. Below is a breakdown of our Delivery options for all customers ordering to addresses in the UK.

Guaranteed the next day by 1pm if placed before 12.30pm Monday to Thursday.  Orders placed before 12.30pm on a Friday will be delivered before 1pm the next business day.

European Delivery Information

Fragrances sent to addresses in Europe will be sent via DPD or FedEx. Orders normally arrive within 5 working days. Some cosmetic and skincare items will be sent via Royal Mail and these can also take 5 working days to arrive. All items are sent fully tracked and secured. Returns Information

Any issue with your order? Please fill out our returns label and if your item meets the criteria we will provide you with a free returns label. We provide a guarantee on all orders which allows you to return the item for a refund within 14 days for unwanted goods and a refund or exchange within 30 days for faulty/damaged goods which would also qualify for a free returns label.  Please do note the following:

•   We provide the free returns label if your return qualifies for this. If you do however send your item back to us before being given a free returns label we cannot under any circumstances provide returns concessions, so please wait until we have confirmed your return before sending it back.

•    If your item has been opened or used we cannot except any returns unless the item is faulty or defective. We reserve the right to make judgement on any item if it is claimed to be defective or faulty. If the item is found to be ok it will have to be sent back to you.

•    Any cosmetics items cannot be sent back for causing a rash or skin irritant. We always recommend that our customers try products in store before they buy anything online.
