Are all your products genuine?

All our products are purchased directly from the manufacturer and as such we are official retailers of all the products we sell.

Which countries do you ship to?

We literally ship to every corner of the world; offering style with no boundaries. Every effort is made to avoid additional charges yet in some instances there may be charges for shipping to countries outside Europe. Please rest assured that we constantly strive to find the most reliable and cost effective way of delivering to our international buyers.

Are there any other additional costs?

For customers in the UK there are no additional costs or fees. As we ship from within the UK, there is no chance of our customers being charged any duty or customs fees. For those ordering from outside the UK, customs charges may apply in rare circumstances only.

Have you received my returned order?

We ask all customers to allow up to 14 days for returns to be processed. As soon as the warehouse authorises your return, we will send an email to notify you as such. We ask that you contact us only if you have heard no news within 14 days.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will have received a confirmation email shortly after your order was placed. In this email you were allocated a unique tracking number; you can also find your tracking code in your user area.

How do I return goods?

What Happens if my tracking says "returned to sender"?

Please Be Aware that all Items are required to be signed for. If an item is not signed for a "sorry you were out" label will be left. You will then have 7 days to collect your package from your local sorting office. If you do not collect it within 7 days your package will be sent back to us. Please note that we cannot process any exchanges or refunds until an item has been sent back to us when a return to sender has occured. This is a strict policy so please make sure that you collect your package before the 7 days is up.

How do I know your website is secure?

Security is extremely important to us, our Website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Certain areas of our site use industry standard SSL to encrypt sensitive data, such as your billing address details. We record IP address of persons submitting orders to aid fraud prevention and will disclose any information necessary to fully co-operate with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected lawbreakers.
